Processing Style

Fresh Penaeus monodon are carefully selected, washed, and graded. The shrimp are deheaded, peeled, and deveined while retaining the tail for premium presentation. After final inspection and washing, they are rapidly frozen then packed hygienically and stored at –18°C or below.
