Processing Unit 1

Established: 2014

Area: 10 Acres

Processing Unit 1 marked the commencement of Alpha Marine’s export processing operations and has since evolved into a well-equipped seafood processing facility. The facility is designed with a strong emphasis on quality, operational efficiency, and food safety, ensuring consistent production standards.

  • 1 IQF line with a capacity of 500 kg per hour / 9 MT per day
  • 2 Block freezers with a combined capacity of 936 kg per load / 18 MT per day
  • Total processing capacity of approximately 27 metric tons per day

Processing Unit 2 is a modern, fully integrated seafood processing facility built on the pillars of quality, food safety, efficiency, and reliability. It is a modern and fully integrated seafood processing facility developed to meet stringent global export requirements. The unit is supported by advanced infrastructure, automation, and robust quality control systems.

Processing Capacity

- Four IQF lines with capacities of:

  • 900 kg/hour / 18 MT per day
  • 750 kg/hour / 15 MT per day
  • 500 kg/hour / 10 MT per day

- Two block freezers with capacities of 750 kg per load / 6 MT per day and 1,125 kg per load / 9 MT per day.

- Total integrated processing capacity of approximately 76 metric tons per day.

  • Cold storage capacity of 4,500 metric tons.
  • Finished goods stored at –18°C or below.
  • FIFO inventory management and temperature-controlled export logistics ensure product freshness and quality throughout the supply chain.
